做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
