做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
