做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
