做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
