做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
