做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
