做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
