做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
