做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
