做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
