做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
