做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
