做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
