做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
