做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
