做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
