做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
