做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
