做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
