做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
