做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
