做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
