做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
