做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
