做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
