做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
