做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
