做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
