做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
