做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
