做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
