做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
