做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
