做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
