做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
