做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
