做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
