做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
