做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
