做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
