做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
