做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
