做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
