做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
