做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
