做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
