做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
