做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
