做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
