做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
